We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to ensure that you have a hassle-free experience when returning an item. Please review the following policy to understand the steps and conditions for initiating a return and receiving a refund.
Eligibility For Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- Products must be returned within 25 days of receipt.
- Products must be in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and promotional items that were included with the original shipment.
- Products must not have been damaged, altered, or used in any way.
- Custom or special order items are not eligible for return unless the item is defective or damaged.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at care@hoditec.com to inform them of your intention to return an item.
- Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return the product.
- Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and promotional items.
- Clearly mark the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the product back to us using a shipping method of your choice.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product and it passes our quality control inspection, we will process the refund according to the following guidelines:
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt of the returned product.
- Please note that shipping costs are not refundable, unless the product is defective or damaged.
- If you received a promotional item with your purchase, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount if it is not returned with the product.
Defective Or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team at care@hoditec.com immediately. We will provide you with a return authorization number and arrange for the product to be picked up at no cost to you. You may choose to receive a replacement product or a refund.
Incorrect Or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect item or an item is missing from your order, please contact our customer service team at care@hoditec.com within 7 business days of receiving the order. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you or for the missing item to be added to a future order, based on your preference.
Canceling Orders
If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at care@hoditec.com as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you will need to initiate a return or exchange once you receive the item.
Final Sale Items
Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
